Shipping policy

We deliver our products worldwide via PostNL (standard) and via UPS (express) to set destinations. Please refer to the check-out page to view an exact summary of shipping times and rates. For urgent orders we recommend selecting our Express UPS shipping option. 

Allow 1-3 working days for us to process and pack your order. Once we have shipped your order you will receive the tracking information via email. Please note, that it can take up to 24 hours before the tracking information is uploaded online on the courier's website. During peak holiday season shipping times may vary and can incur delays beyond our control. 

Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside of the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product. Shipments outside of the EU may incur delays depending on the countries local customs processing times.

We are currently offering tracked FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via PostNL on all NL orders above €50,00, EU orders above €75,00, and US orders above €150,00. Please refer to the PostNL website for shipping transit times.
