Currently we accept most credit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay as payment methods. Unfortunately our website provider has not yet integrated iDEAL. However you can purchase via Apple Pay which has now integrated iDeal debit cards. Please feel free to contact us if you require another solution, we’ll be happy to help.

Each one of our products are handcrafted in Italy using high-quality certified non-toxic ingredients. Due to the nature of our small batch production we only make what we need limiting our waste. Our bottles and jars are made out of sturdy, high-quality glass containers to avoid plastic as much as possible. We offer refills for our reed diffusers furthermore allowing for the reuse of bottles.

All Cinque Sensi products are vegan, with the exception of our lip balms (contain beeswax), and Caffé dei Ritti body scrub (contains propolis wax).

Due to the nature of natural ingredients, the average shelf-life for our skincare is 24-30 months, if kept under cool/dry conditions with little to no exposure of sunlight. However, for optimal freshness, we recommend using within the first 12 months of purchase and 6 months after opening. Please refer to the PAO (period after opening) symbol marked by 6M (6 months) or 12M (12 months) on the product label.

Yes, all of our fragrances are formulated to be unisex.
